Avista Retail & Development, LLC was formed in 2004 to expand the portfolio of Avista Holdings by selecting and developing retail projects throughout the State of Florida. In addition, Avista Retail provides a wide range of services to national, regional and local retailers, including site selection, contract negotiations, property management, retail leasing, tenant and landlord representation.
In 2005, Avista Retail Management, LLC was named Property Manager for 7-Eleven, Inc. for the State of Florida and in 2013 that management relationship was expanded to include North and South Carolina. Our duties include lease negotiations, disposition of excess properties, collection of rents, repairs and maintenance and many others.

Site Selection & Acquisition

In February 2005, Avista was chosen by 7-Eleven, Inc. as its exclusive Property Manager for Florida. The management duties were expanded in 2013 to include the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. Such management duties include leasing of available retail space, negotiation of billboard and car wash leases, collection of rents, tenant issues and repair and maintenance of the properties. Avista insures that all responsibilities involving the property are handled in the most efficient and professional manner.
